About the role

As an Experience Barista at H&H Catering, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced café environment. This casual role is located in East Gosford AND OR Avoca Beach NSW 2250, and offers flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a wide range of coffee drinks, teas, and other speciality beverages to the highest standards

Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained

Assisting with general café duties as required, such as restocking and inventory management

Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience as a barista in a busy café or coffee shop environment

Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and drink preparation

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A positive, friendly, and collaborative attitude

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
