What You’ll Do

Craft Exceptional Coffee: Pull perfect shots, steam silky milk, and build stunning espresso‑based drinks (from macchiatos to flat whites).

Keep the Flow: Run the machine like a pro, maintain steady service during rushes, and juggle orders with grace.

Pre‑Shift Prep & Close‑Up: Stock milks, calibrate equipment, clean as you go, and shut down smoothly.

Customer Connection: Greet “locals” with a smile, answer questions about beans and blends, and help everyone feel at home.

Team Collaboration: Jump in to help teammates, restock pastry cases, and keep the café running like a well‑oiled machine.

What You Bring

Barista Skills: Comfortable dialing in shots, texturing milk, and troubleshooting basic machine issues.

Café Savvy: Knows how to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm when the line’s out the door.

Personality & Presence: Friendly, professional, with a genuine love for coffee culture and community.

Reliability: Punctual, organized, and committed to excellent service every shift.

Team Spirit: Willing to learn, share tips, and support fellow baristas.
