Skilled 4th Year Apprentice or Qualified Carpenter – Ongoing Work Available

As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Skilled All-Round Leading Hand to join our team and play a key role in our ongoing pipeline of projects.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated and experienced tradesperson who can lead by example. You’ll assist with day-to-day site coordination, maintain a high standard of workmanship, and work across a variety of trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and working alongside a small team across multiple sites

Reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings

Performing and supervising all aspects of carpentry

Assisting in roofing, plastering, painting, and general building works

Maintaining and enforcing safe work practices on site

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a leading hand or similar role

Strong practical skills across carpentry, roofing, plastering, and general construction

Ability to read and understand building plans

Solid communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

White Card and relevant tools

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
