Synaco Global Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator for a well-known confectionery company located in Glynde. This is an ongoing casual Day Shift role, starting at 3 days per week – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday – with the potential to increase to 5 days per week over time. There may also be additional van delivery duties on Mondays and Tuesdays in the future (car licence only required).

What’s on Offer:

• Day shift only: 6:00am – 2:06pm
• $33.38 per hour casual rate
• Start on 3 shifts per week (Wed–Fri)
• Potential to increase to 5 days per week

To be successful, you will have:

• A current Forklift Licence (LF)
• A valid car licence (for potential delivery work)
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• A reliable and safety-focused approach

Key Duties:

• Forklift operation – loading, unloading, and moving stock
• General warehouse and factory duties
• (In future) Local deliveries in a van – 1–2 days a week
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
