About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves the safe and efficient loading and unloading of linehaul vehicles and rail containers, and plays a vital part in keeping our freight operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to load and unload freight safely and efficiently

Handle goods in line with load weight and load restraint requirements

Accurately complete and check load sheets and paperwork

Work flexibly across varying shifts as required

Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-conscious work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Valid LF High Risk Work Licence (essential)

Proven experience in forklift operations, particularly in freight or transport

Sound understanding of load weight distribution and load restraint practices

Strong attention to detail with paperwork and load documentation

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards

HR licence (highly regarded but not essential)

Willingness to work flexible hours on a casual, ongoing basis
