About the role

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our medical centre physiotherapy team in Villawood on a part time basis (3 days per week) with the ability to transition to a full time position in the future if desired (4 day work week).

The successful applicants will work with a team of allied health professionals and doctors. The practice is well-established and the room is set up with a modern boutique look catered to the physiotherapists needs.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for patients

Delivering hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and working in a team environment

Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Providing patient education and promoting self-management strategies

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services

What we're looking for

An ability to work independently without supervision, or be willing to mentored into becoming an independent physiotherapist.

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in a clinical setting. (new grads can apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers

Proficiency in evidence-based practice and the ability to apply the latest physiotherapy techniques and modalities

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
