Bones For Life proudly holds the first Onero™ license on the Central Coast and we’re now recruiting Accredited Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists to join our team as ONERO Coaches.

Bones For Life, affiliated with Life Medical Centre, is a facility dedicated to better Bone Health, through the delivery of Onero™ classes, specialised GP consultations as well as Group Education Sessions for the community.

About Onero™
Onero™ is the world’s first fully evidence-based group exercise program designed to build and maintain bone density through strength, resistance and impact training. Onero™ is based on the LIFTMOR Study undertaken by Prof. Belinda Beck and the Griffith University, and is designed to specifically focus on the prevention and management of osteoporotic fracture by stimulating bone development and preventing falls in at-risk individuals.

About the role
Full Onero™ Training and Certification is provided by Bones For Life in this unique opportunity to diversify your professional capacity and develop your clinical skills.

As a Coach at Bones For Life, focus will be shared between:

Providing individual assessments of patients to identify their starting point within the Onero™ program.

As well as:

Delivering our streams of Onero™ classes, each designed to offer a scaled version of Onero™ to ensure the program benefits are accessible by a wide variety of patients. Classes are run in small groups of 6 – 8 participants.

The ideal candidates will be flexible to adjust their hours with the growing demands of the class timetable, as well as having availability to cover shifts of their colleagues from time to time.
