Ready to Join a prestige workshop? We are seeking an Automotive Spray Painter. Be a part of our new prestige, state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned vehicle repair shop. Equipped with brand new Low Bake Alpha Spray Booths and Gas Fired IR Booth, using Akzo Nobel Sikkens water paint system, full side draft prep bays, 3M dustless extraction work stations and U.V and I.R curing light stations. Our new workshop is designed to provide top-quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Spray Painting: Apply paint to vehicles with precision, achieving a high quality finish that meets industry standards.

Paint Prepping: Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking and priming surfaces to achieve a flawless finish.

Polishing: Use machine polishers and hand tools to remove minor scratches, swirl marks and paint imperfections.

Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain repair timelines and meet customer expectations.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols and quality standards.

Maintain tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working order.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

Proven experience in your respective trade within the automotive repair industry.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality workmanship.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Familiarity with industry standard tools, equipment and techniques.

Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are a MUST.
