The successful candidate will meet or exceed the below requirements.

Experience in running projects onsite / through construction.

7 yrs Luxury Residential or Multi Residential experience.

7 yrs Revit experience with proven track record of detailed technical drawings (displayed in your attached portfolio).

BSc in Architecture or Registered Architect.

Proven design skills through sketches / “built works”.

Good personal skills; dependable, motivated with good problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills as you will be required to work with clients and consultants; negotiate projects through council, work and problem solve with structural engineers, review projects with building certifiers and join client meetings (guided by director).

This role is full of variety with exciting projects both in design development and onsite. Our office focuses on a small number of projects per year to ensure a quality outcome.
