Joining our team as a Senior Hairdresser at aGlo Salon & Skin Clinic in Mooloolaba, Queensland, you will be responsible for providing outstanding hair services. This role is an integral part of our thriving salon, offering opportunities for professional development and career growth.

What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional haircuts, colouring, and styling services to our loyal clientele

Being responsible for Social Media posts and interactions

Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends and techniques

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Actively contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser

Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a premium salon experience

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing learning

Strong level of skill with all aspects of hair extensions

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of mixed modalities

Experience in hair extensions preferred

Strong social media skills to engage and grow the hair clientele and educate clients on our work
