Are you energetic, reliable, and love working in a fast-paced café environment? We’re looking for our next all-round legend to join our small but mighty team at Sip on 29.

About the Role:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 2:30pm Fridays: Start time can vary (8am–2:30pm or 10am–2:30pm) depending on your ability to work independently and how busy we are – and we're usually busy!

Get your weekends back! We’re a Monday to Friday café, so you’ll have your weekends free to relax, reset, and enjoy life outside of work.

This is an all-rounder role – you won’t be stuck behind a machine all day. While it’s not a barista role, being able to jump on the machine if needed is a big plus.

👊 What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepping the kitchen before the rush

Filling the cabinet with fresh wraps

Making smoothies and serving with a smile

Taking customer orders with energy and enthusiasm

Stepping in as the cook when required

Keeping the kitchen and café sparkling clean

Stocking the fridges, food, other essentials and doing bin runs

Supporting the team wherever help is needed (yep, even dishes!)

Who We’re Looking For:

A genuine team player with great spoken English

Coachable – someone who can take feedback professionally, not personally

Customer-focused – you know how to create a great experience

Able to work hard, stay calm under pressure, and get into the zone

Not afraid to get your hands dirty – we all pitch in

Loves a fast-paced environment but also enjoys a laugh with the crew
