Hays are currently working with a TAFE provider based in Broadmeadows to source a Payroll Specialist with knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors implementation.

Your new role
This role will be assisting the wider implementation team with the final stages of the SuccessFactors implementation, being Employee Central Payroll.

Core functional skills and candidate requirements include:

• Understanding of Australian Payroll processes
• Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ability to interpret test cases, identify discrepancies, and raise defects with clear documentation
• SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll

What you'll need to succeed
This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of Australian Payroll processes who has worked on a SuccessFactors implementation previously. The successful candidate will have knowledge of UAT, comfortable navigating SF screens and modules and, ideally, exposure to SAP GUI.

What you'll get in return
This role offers a 6-month initial contract with an hourly rate on offer at $68.10 + Super. The role is based in Broadmeadows with hybrid flexible working.
