About the role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter/Telemarketer to join our team at atm cleaning management pty ltd' in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to play a key part in our outbound sales operation.

What you'll be doing

• Initiating contact with potential customers via telephone to schedule appointments for our sales team
• Identifying customer needs and presenting our services in a compelling and persuasive manner
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and following up on leads

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in an outbound sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
• Proficiency with CRM and database systems
