About the role

Bentleys Camera House is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Retail Photographic Salespeople to join our team in our Indooroopilly, Chermside, Carindale & North Lakes stores. These casual positions offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on our wide range of photographic equipment and accessories.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and personalised customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating a strong understanding of features and benefits

Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product range & services and industry trends to offer expert advice

Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service

Assisting in inventory management and stock control tasks.

Maintaining the store’s presentation and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the photographic or consumer electronics industry

Strong product knowledge and passion for photography and photographic equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to our customers.

A focus on providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
