About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care to clients living with physical or intellectual disabilities. Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting clients with personal care and daily living activities

Assisting with community access and participation

Helping clients reach personal goals and maintain independence

Medication administration and documentation

Implementing behaviour support plans (if applicable)

Work may be in private homes, shared accommodation, or in the community.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in disability or community support

Relevant qualification (e.g. Cert III or IV in Individual Support or Disability)

Valid First Aid and CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Manual handling and medication certificates (or willingness to obtain)

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Compassionate, professional, and committed to client dignity and choice
