Sign Installation Technician – Casual ($30/hr - $37/ph, approx. 20 hrs/week)

Dylan the Sign Guy is seeking a reliable and motivated Sign Installation Technician to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, being on the road, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

About the Role:

No two days are the same! You’ll be responsible for installing real estate signage at various locations, ensuring each sign is positioned securely and professionally. This role involves:

Driving a company vehicle to multiple job sites daily

Installing real estate signage in line with client specifications

Handling a variety of installation locations - every day brings a new challenge

Maintaining a high standard of presentation and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

A valid Class C driver’s licence (required)

Someone who is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

A positive, ‘can do’ attitude with a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

No experience necessary – full training provided!

Location: Workshop based in Rockingham
Hours: Casual basis, expect 20 hours per week depending on sign demand. Room for hours to grow for the right candidate,
