Demco Electrical is growing, and we're looking for qualified and motivated Electricians to join our dynamic crew! What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll enjoy a wide range of work that keeps each day different, challenging, and rewarding. Your role will include:

Electrical Installations
Delivering high-quality electrical installs for new builds, renovations, and commercial fit-outs — from lighting and power to switchboards, data cabling.

Maintenance & Repairs
Carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance to keep systems safe and efficient — including fault finding, upgrades, component replacements, and servicing of plant and control equipment.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
Identifying and resolving issues quickly across domestic, commercial, and industrial setups, including switchboards and control systems.

Client Support
Providing friendly, professional advice on system functionality, maintenance, and energy-efficient solutions.

Safety & Compliance
Ensuring all work meets AS/NZS 3000 standards and safety regulations — with a strong focus on doing the job right and safely every time.

What We're Looking For

We're after electricians who take pride in their work and bring a team-first attitude. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician and current QLD Electrical Worker Licence

Experience across residential, commercial and/or industrial electrical work

Fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Great communication and customer service approach

A strong safety mindset and attention to detail

Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation

White Card, First Aid, and CPR/LVR

A valid driver's licence and reliable transport

Full Australian working rights
