We deliver high-quality piling solutions across Queensland and beyond, including screw piling, bored piling, and sheet piling. The Opportunity
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Piling / Construction Worker to join our team full-time. This is a varied, hands-on role that includes machine operation, labouring, and site work across piling and civil projects. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew working on exciting projects with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and earn well.

Key Responsibilities

Operate excavators (5–35T) and assist with setting up piling rigs

Assist in the installation of screw piles and support general construction activities

Load and unload piles, materials and equipment using forklifts or cranes (where licensed)

Deliver materials and products to job sites, ensuring safety and compliance

Perform daily vehicle checks, basic maintenance and complete site paperwork

Read and interpret construction plans and follow site instructions

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Work both locally and away on occasion (QLD/interstate travel may be required)

Follow all OH&S and site safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience in piling, earthmoving, or civil construction

Strong physical fitness and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

Excavator ticket and White/Blue Card

Current manual driver’s licence and reliable transport

A commitment to working safely and professionally on every site

Desirable (but not essential):

HR Licence

Forklift/Telehandler ticket

Dogging ticket

Rail industry accreditations (SARC, WET)

Ability to pass a Cat 3 Rail Medical and drug screen

What We Offer

$37–$45 per hour, pending experience.
