YOUR NEW ROLE
As a key lawyer reporting to a top calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of PRIMARILY their TAC/road accident and public liability claims and some workers compensation.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own cases-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

are an admitted solicitor in VIC + have minimum 2-20+ YEARS post-admission personal injury law experience including minimum 2 years specifically in BOTH TAC/Road accidents AND Public liability (Essential). Workers Compensation experience preferable (not essential);

have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric and results- driven;

are ambitious+commercially astute;

have proven ability to work well in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
