About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman/Property Maintenance Contractor to join our team at Joes North Shore Property Maintenance covering Sydney with the main focus of business being real estate/strata work and private properties.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, painting, carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
• Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Adhering to all relevant safety standards and procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Handyman or in a similar property maintenance role
• Strong skills and knowledge across a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general handyman work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with relevant regulations
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
• ABN number
