Dynamics 365 CRM Developer | Contract | Brisbane

We're currently working with a large government program team in Brisbane that's looking for a Specialist CRM Developer to join them on a long-term contract. This is a great opportunity if you're seeking stability and interesting work, with an initial contract through to end of June 2026, with potential beyond.

About the role

You'll join a supportive, small team delivering customised CRM solutions that align with the business's objectives. Day to day, you'll take direction from the Team Lead and work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver sustainable, well-designed solutions.

Your focus will include:

• Gathering and clarifying solution requirements
• Translating requirements into work packages and deliverables
• Providing estimates on effort required
• Configuring and customising Dynamics 365
• Advising on implementation risks and operational challenges
• Creating system and support documentation
• Performing data migration tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• Hands-on development and design experience with Dynamics 365/CRM using ASP.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other development technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with large and complex development projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Demonstrated experience in capturing detailed business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
• Experience in Microsoft .Net technologies and some integration experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing CRM custom workflows and plug-ins
• Demonstrated experience in developing / customising Dynamics 365 Portals
• Demonstrated experience of integrating Dynamics 365 (CRM) with other software solutions.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts.
• Proven experience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors
• Generation of System and Support documentation in accordance with the quality management system requirements appropriate for platform support and good operational practices.
• Development solution using Agile methodology

The details

• Contract: 25 August 2025 - 28 June 2026 (with extension potential)
• Location: Brisbane
• Hours: 40 hours per week (start between 7:30am - 9:00am)
• Rate: Open to market rates
