Practice Nurse – Medmate Telehealth

Are you an Enrolled Nurse seeking a position with great work-life balance?

Medmate Telehealth Clinic is looking for nurses to support our online medical services.

With the support of our Practice Manager and Medical Director, you will be responsible to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

This is a flexible hybrid position with onsite days based at our location in Scoresby, Victoria and WFH days.

Qualifying Nurses

Enrolled Nurses

Current unrestricted AHPRA registration

General Practice experience required

About the Position

Liaise with doctors and nurses to deliver exceptional patient care

Communicate with patients to provide post consultation care, patient education, answer enquiries, book appointments and ensure the delivery of our service

Manage pathology and radiology results process in accordance with the results policy

Manage recall process

Requirements

Good computer skills and ability to operate standard software such as Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word

Experience with Best Practice or Medical Director

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and achieve clinical outcomes.

Effective customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

A team focus and flexible approach to work

Experience in General Practice, Chronic Disease Management or Health Assessments an advantage
