Workfast is seeking labourers for immediate work on a major infrastructure project at Western Sydney Airport. You’ll be supporting the installation of electrical systems at height, assisting licensed electricians, and ensuring safe operations from elevated positions.

Location: Western Sydney Airport
Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour + Overtime + Super + Allowances
Start Time: 6:30 AM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Duration: 4 weeks with potential for extension
Job Type: Casual project-based

What You Will Be Doing

Spotting EWP's to assist with elevated electrical installations

Spotting licensed electrical tradesmen during elevated work

Supporting with cable runs, conduit installation, and electrical fit-outs

Performing pre-start checks and routine maintenance on EWP equipment

Ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and site protocols

What You Need

Valid EWP Licence – essential

White Card – essential

Current Police Check (within the last 6 months) – mandatory

Reliable transport to site – essential

Previous experience in infrastructure or construction projects preferred

Strong awareness of safety, especially while working at height and around live trades

Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
