Workfast is seeking qualified EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Operators for immediate work on a major infrastructure project at Western Sydney Airport. You’ll be supporting the installation of electrical systems at height, assisting licensed electricians, and ensuring safe operations from elevated positions.

Location: Western Sydney Airport
Pay Rate: $40 per hour + Overtime + Super
Start Time: 6:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Job Duration: 4 weeks with potential for extension
Job Type: Casual project-based

What You Will Be Doing

• Operating EWP to assist with elevated electrical installations
• Spotting licensed electrical tradesmen during elevated work
• Supporting with cable runs, conduit installation, and electrical fit-outs
• Performing pre-start checks and routine maintenance on EWP equipment
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and site protocols

What You Need

• Valid EWP Licence – essential
• White Card – essential
• Current Police Check (within the last 6 months) – mandatory
• Reliable transport to site – essential
• Previous experience in infrastructure or construction projects preferred
• Strong awareness of safety, especially while working at height and around live trades
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
