The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Champion to join our HQ team at our espresso chamber. This role is ideal for someone who:

✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

What You’ll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences

Assist with product knowledge and coffee recommendations

Maintain a clean, organised work area

Support stock management and quality control

Receive barista training to prepare exceptional coffee drinks

About You

2+ years’ experience in customer service (café or retail preferred)

Passion for coffee and willingness to learn

Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Great communication skills and team player

Flexible availability, including weekends
