About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking applications from suitably experienced and qualified Allied Health Professionals to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team as our Allied Health Clinical Educator. The permanent position (part-time applications welcome) will take responsibility for the strategic direction and leadership of clinical education and training of Allied Health professionals, assistants and students.
The Allied Health Clinical Educator works with Allied Health Teams, regional partners and SWH's Education Unit to provide leadership in all facets of clinical education, and to achieve high quality evidence-based education to our current and future workforce.
Position overview
- Employment Type: Fulltime (80 hours per fortnight), On-going position
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Podiatrist Grade 3
- Salary Range: $104,135.20 - $118,981.20 pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
As the Allied Health Clinical Educator, you will have an engaging and collaborative style with excellent communication and influencing skills.
You will have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience, registration with AHPRA, or eligibility for membership with your professional association, and you will be looking for an opportunity to enhance and progress your health leadership career.
You will have experience in the provision of clinical education, and if you have post-graduate qualifications in education, a certificate IV Training and Assessment, or knowledge and experience in eLearning, these will be a definite advantage.
