About the Role:
You’ll work across a diverse and rewarding caseload, delivering high-quality, person-centred behaviour support to individuals in NDIS, community, and home care settings. You’ll collaborate closely with participants, families, and support teams to develop and implement positive behaviour support plans that promote wellbeing and independence.

What We're Looking For:

• Core or Proficient registration under the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans
• Strong understanding of PBS frameworks, restrictive practices, and NDIS compliance
• Great communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders
• A genuine passion for empowering people through positive behavioural change
