Pro Mechanical is on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Automotive Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about quality workmanship.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of vehicles. This senior role is critical to ensuring our workshop continues to deliver premium service to our valued customers. Mercedes-Benz and European vehicle experience is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform comprehensive diagnostics and vehicle inspections

Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to manufacturer specifications

Repair and replace worn or faulty parts, components, and accessories

Calibrate and test vehicle systems for optimal performance

Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used

Provide honest, professional advice to customers

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment

What We’re Looking For

Fully qualified Motor Mechanic (Certificate III or higher)

Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience

E-Safety Licence (or willingness to obtain)

Current Australian driver’s licence

Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities

Experience with Mercedes-Benz or European vehicles highly regarded

Confident using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence

Strong team player with great communication skills
