The Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Pick Packers to join our manufacturing and warehouse team. The role involves hands-on work in packing, weighing, labelling, and preparing food powder products for dispatch. You’ll be an essential part of our clean, well-organised, and safety-focused food production environment.

No previous food experience is required — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· - Accurately pick and pack powdered food products according to order sheets

· - Weigh and portion ingredients into bags, tubs, or sachets using digital scales

· - Apply labels and batch codes to packaging

· - Conduct basic quality checks (e.g. seal integrity, label accuracy)

· - Maintain a clean and hygienic work area

· - Follow food safety and personal hygiene protocols at all times

· - Assist with palletising, wrapping, and preparing orders for dispatch

· - Support general warehouse and production duties as needed

· - Reliable and punctual team players

· - Good attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures

· - Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg

· - Able to work in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment

· - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

· - Willingness to learn and adapt to food production standards

Bonus Points (Not Essential)

· - Previous experience in pick-packing, food processing, or warehouse operations

· - Familiarity with GMP or HACCP environments

· - Forklift license (LF) or warehouse training
