About the role

In this role, your duties as a Fibre Technician will include but not be limited to:

working at diverse client sites throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria

reading/interpreting telecom drawings and plans to to efficiently prepare for each project

performing skilled fiber splicing & testing (full training available for qualified candidates)

managing project scheduling while coordinating necessary team support

occasional pipe proving and cable hauling where required.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Min. 2 years Australian telecommunications-related work experience & recent fieldwork experience

White Card and First Aid tickets essential

Current Australian driver’s license

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Fibre-related accreditations (NBN skill 9,12,13, etc.) advantageous but non-essential.
