The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Senior Marine Technician to join both our Cairns branch.

The role will work within the Defence Marine Department on a variety of HVAC&R systems. You’ll get variety, hands-on work, and the chance to expand your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems onboard vessels to a high standard

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC&R equipment

Install and test new equipment or upgrades

Lead and mentor junior technicians or apprentices

Maintain a high level of safety to client safety requirements

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

All relevant, valid licences

Current CPR & LVR

A valid Driver's Licence

Construction White Card
