This is a full-time complex Manager role at Onsite Zoom Pty Ltd.You will play a key role in a mature complex located in Dakabin undertaking the management and caretaking services.

About the job

1) Property Management and Letting Services

• Responding to phone and email enquiries

• Advertising available properties and hold inspections

• Processing and completion new lease and renewal lease

• Performing entry, routine and exit inspections, move in & out process

• Managing and assisting with maintenance requests

• Daily bank reconciliation of trust account and end of month distributions

• Liaising with tenants, owners and the Body Corporate Manager

2) Caretaking Services

• Supervising other contractors engaged by Onsite Zoom to perform cleaning, gardening and other caretaking duties

• Arranging and supervising repairs and maintenance to common property by service contractors engaged by the body corporate

• Monitoring compliance with by-laws, report to body corporate if required

About you

• 6 months + property manager experience

• Current real estate agent license

• Experience with REI Clould / REI Master is an asset but not a requirement

• Excellent attention to detail

• Friendly and approachable personality

• Organisational and time management skills
