Instyle Plumbing specialises in the retail and commercial sectors undertaking Hydraulic, Fire Hydrant & Civil stormwater drainage works on new and refurbishment projects for many respectable clients such as: Storage King, Woolworths, Coles, McDonalds, Aldi, Hungry Jack's etc.

We are seeking a Plumbing Tradesman and 1st - 4th year Apprentices for our Construction Division.

Successful applicants must be reliable and display pride in their workmanship with good communication skills and be OH&S focused.

A minimum 38 hours per week will be provided, with night shift and overtime opportunity available.

Work task include but not limited to;

Hot and Cold Water installations.

Installation of suspended and inground Tradewaste and Sewer Drainage.

Civil stormwater drainage.

Perform rough ins, fit offs and general plumbing duties to a high standard.

Fit off of Preparation Areas & Amenities including Sinks, Basins, WCs, Urinals etc.

Fire Hydrant and Hose Reel Systems.

Testing and Commissioning.

Work unassisted and take the lead on jobs where required.

Uphold a high level of presentation and professionalism - tidy uniform, punctual.

Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices to develop skills.

Manage apprentices and subcontractors onsite to ensure all jobs run smoothly and are
thoroughly planned out.

Assist with ensuring all materials are ordered and readily and available for all jobs.

Noting installed services for As-built services.

- Assist with scheduling so all employees are working efficiently and minimal time wasted on
projects.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with builders, other tradespeople and clients.
- Report to Senior Management with updates or issues on job progress.

- Ensure project is completed safely, on-time, and on budget.

Your availability to work night shift would be an advantage but is not essential.

To be considered you will need;

· Construction industry white card

· EWP License or willing to undertake training.

· Strong OH&S focus

· Excellent workmanship and attention to detail

· Be able to work unsupervised and also as part of a team.

· Be a great communicator and able to liase with our clients
