Australia Wide - work remote (only zoom appointments)

Full time – includes some after hours and Saturdays appointments

Base wage (not retainer) plus commissions

Appointments are pre set for you with qualified leads

Your role is to conduct a secondary meeting with our clients in conjunction with a mortgage broker to educate them how to cash flow and build a diversified property portfolio with the intent of selling them a property

Requirements

Strong Knowledge of the property industry.
The capacity to work week nights and some Saturdays.
A high level of sales skills.

An ability to work with in conjunction with third parties in order to achieve a sale.

Collaborate with our lending team

Ability to empower clients and build relationships

Present properties to clients based on their needs

Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work with minimal oversight
