We are on the hunt for Front of House Legends to join our amazing team at Lockleys Hotel in Fulham, SA 5024. This is a casual role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional manner

Assisting guests with menu selections, answering questions, and making recommendations

Promptly taking and processing food and beverage orders

Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area

Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns

Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless dining experience

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

A passion for providing outstanding customer service

Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
