• Lead and perform light to medium vehicle painting and refinishing jobs to the highest standard
• Oversee job quality, timelines, and workflow in the paint department
• Guide and mentor team members
• Ensure accurate colour matching and premium finishes
• Maintain strict safety and compliance standards

• Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology
• Strong technical spray-painting skills & leadership qualities
• A proactive, quality-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Manual driver’s licence
