An opportunity has arisen to join the nursing team at Advantage HealthPoint Medical Centre. The position will be on a casual basis and the pay-rate is negotiable based on prior experience. We are interested in speaking to both EENs and Registered nurses.

Advantage HealthPoint is a Medical Centre located in Bairnsdale, Victoria. We currently have GPs, a psychologist and podiatrist working together, supported by a fantastic nursing and administration team.

This role is a patient-focused one, and includes vaccinating patients, undertaking preventative health care and assisting doctors with all aspects of general practice treatment room duties. It is a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to multi-task on a daily basis.

Essential Education and Qualifications

Appropriate tertiary qualification/s and registration/s - you must supply proof of AHPRA registration upon commencement of employment and annually thereafter

Minimum of one year’s nursing experience

Desirable

Competence in the use of relevant equipment and software

Experience in similar role as practice nurse or community-based nursing
