The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Financial Planning Associate to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in financial planning with the support and mentorship of the practice principals.

As a Financial Planning Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while playing an integral role in the advice process and contributing to the ongoing success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Planning Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the practice principals to support the preparation and delivery of advice to our clients.
• Undertaking research and analysis of clients’ financial situations.
• Assisting in the development of financial planning strategies for clients, whilst remaining focused on providing a holistic service offering.
• Building strong relationships with clients and offering exceptional service.
• Participating in client and business partnership meetings.
• Ensuring the delivery of a high-level client experience throughout the advice process.
• Facilitating the implementation of ‘best practice’ systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in formulating financial strategies.
• Excellent communication skills including confidence dealing with people.
• Strong ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and problem solve.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• An ability to proactively anticipate needs, take ownership of tasks and effectively work without supervision.
