A large national accounting and financial planning firm is looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Service Manager to join its Private Wealth team in the Adelaide CBD. This respected firm has a long history of delivering tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and business owners and is known for its collaborative and supportive culture.

About the role

This position is essential to supporting a team of Advisers by managing client service delivery, preparing advice documentation, and acting as the key point of contact for clients. A strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of financial planning processes will be key to success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and coordinating Statements of Advice and review documentation

Managing onboarding, investment, and insurance implementation, along with account maintenance

Liaising with product providers and platform administrators

Responding to client queries and maintaining high service standards

Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all client records using Xplan

What is needed

Prior experience in a client service or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management

Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail

Confidence in managing complex documentation and communication with multiple stakeholders

Experience using Xplan or similar financial planning software

A professional and proactive approach to client service
