They deliver new and fit out / refurbishment projects across Education, Health, Commercial and Mixed-use developments with a construction value of between $5 - $50 million.

In line with planned growth a new Project Manager - Fit Out role is available within their team, carrying out the following duties:

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of Fit Out / Refurb projects across Melbourne
Complete projects on time and within budgets.
Contract management and administration in accordance with project contract terms and conditions
Monitor and report on project budgets and progress.
Applying an effective sub-contractor selection and evaluation procedure
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status
Ensure all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards are adhered to

Requirements

Management of projects up to $30M
Be self motivated and have good communication skills.
Experience in delivering institutional fit out construction projects
Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
Experience with OH&S and Industrial Relations matters.
Be able to work in a team or autonomous role.
Excellent communication skills with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
High organisational and job programming skills.
Quality control

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent qualification required

Minimum 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
