About the role

This is a full-time Cleaner/Gardener/Janitor role based in Brightwater, Mountain Creek, Queensland, supporting our local retail shopping centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the shopping centre facilities.

What you'll be doing

Performing general cleaning duties throughout the shopping centre, including sweeping, mopping, dusting.

Cleaning and replenishing and restocking bathroom supplies and cleaning materials

Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the relevant managers

Undertaking small handyman jobs

Maintaining the gardens (pruning, weeding, mowing)

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a commercial cleaning, gardening or janitorial role

Ability to work effectively independently

Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach

Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks

A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
