At Tapp Electrical we pride ourselves in providing quality service to our clients, covering the areas of new commercial projects, service and maintenance, and domestic installations and maintenance.
We currently have an opening for a Administration Assistant to join our friendly team on a full-time basis.
Duties include:
Managing day to day bookings
Responding to customer queries via phone and email
Organising the trade staff schedule
Preparing & sending Purchase Orders
Additional admin tasks as required
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
Excellent communication
Friendly, driven personality
Organised, with great attention to detail
Simpro knowledge would be preferred but not essential
Minimum 30 hours a week - hours are negotiable
