This is a rare opportunity for a Finance Transformation Specialist to support the final stretch of a major ERP journey. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping finance process improvements, supporting the Finance team with system adoption, and delivering key enhancements across a multi-entity structure.

The business has recently implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud and is now seeking a confident delivery-focused consultant to unlock value through training, coaching, and targeted project execution.

You won’t need to run the overall project — the CFO will lead PM responsibilities — but you will be the go-to for ensuring things get done, and done right.

Key Responsibilities

Provide user training and coaching across the Finance function

Review and advise on system enhancement statements of work (SOWs)

Lead delivery of key projects such as multibank connectivity

Identify opportunities to improve finance workflows using tools like Power Query and Microsoft Copilot

Partner with IT and Finance to ensure system alignment and optimisation

Promote a “what can SAP do for us?” mindset across the business

Support post-implementation process alignment and efficiency

About You

Strong finance background with a track record of delivering SAP-related change

Experienced in training and coaching Finance users

Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements

Confident working across IT and Finance functions

SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience preferred

Bonus: Mandarin language skills (not essential)
