Latitude Recruitment is partnering with a leading timber manufacturer to find an experienced Log Grab Operator. You'll play a key role in keeping the mill running smoothly by managing the flow of logs and efficiently unloading trucks.

This is a casual role with full-time hours on a rotating 3-shift roster (day, afternoon, and night).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Unloading trucks

Feeding logs into the mill

What We’re Looking For:

A reliable, positive team player with a solid work ethic

Someone ready to commit to ongoing work

A current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

A strong focus on safety

Able to complete and pass pre-employment medical checks
