We are seeking creative, fun, energetic, playful, enthusiastic swim instructors to join our crew.

We are a family run swim school and pride ourselves on the quality of our program, the individuality of our instructors, our small class sizes (generally 1:1 or 1:2), our beautiful brand new indoor heated pools, our innovative ideas, our inclusion policy for children with additional needs and our alternative programs in the creek and ocean.

You LOVE working with children, you LOVE being in the water, you SMILE a lot, you are SUPER friendly, you want to LEARN more about swim teaching, you love being a part of a TEAM, you want to teach a LIFE SKILL and are PASSIONATE about water safety.

You must have……

Teacher of Swimming Certificate

Teacher of Babies and Toddlers Certificate

Current CPR Qualifications

Current Working with Children Blue Card

Current Valid Drivers License

Availability to work Weekdays and Saturday mornings

A minimum of 6 months swim teaching experience

There are multiple career path options for instructors who wish to remain in the aquatics industry long term.

Rate of pay is based on the instructor’s level of experience and qualifications.
