3-month initial term Financial Analyst role, strong modelling focus

Based in North Sydney, 2-3 days/week WFH, paying up to $85 per hour + super

The Company

Our client is a high-growth Healthcare business going from strength to strength in a challenging market. With more growth on the horizon, they are looking to hire a high-performing Financial Analyst to deepen their data driven strategic planning.

The Role

This is a 3-month temporary Financial Analyst position, reporting into the FP&A Manager. This role is part of a small analytics team, and you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, which will include but not be limited to:

Budgeting and forecasting

Financial modelling – 3-statement models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis

Workforce optimisation

Revenue and cash flow modelling

Assistance with M&A activities

Your Background

To be considered for this Financial Analyst role, you should fulfil the following requirements:

CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA

Experience in Financial Analyst positions previously

Prior experience utilising advanced Excel skills to build complex models

Strong commercial acumen and ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders

Ideally, you would have some exposure to business valuations

A valid visa to work in Australia

This client will require you to complete a police check prior to starting.
