Construction, Carpentry and Fencing

Electrical, Data and Communications

Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration

Plumbing and Gas Fitting

General Maintenance

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your qualifications and key responsibilities will be, but not limited to the following :

Post Trade experience on a variety of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial worksites and mine sites.

Confident in completing a wide range of carpentry work including (but not limited to) Second Fix carpentry, Plastering, Form work + concreting, Installing and servicing locks, Roof sheeting, Vinyl install, Install kitchens and cabinets, Painting and Fencing.

You will be required to have the following:

Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery

Battery Tools & Hand Tools

Current Drivers Licence (Car and HR Truck preferred)

White Card

Current Police Clearance

Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol medical
