Working with a national HR team, this role will be supporting WA operational leaders as the business continues to grow, you will work closely with onsite stakeholders, supporting the strategic business plan from a people perspective and being a key enabler of workforce change and engagement. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that will require presence in regional sites when key employee or operational matters arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to build leadership capability and drive a high-performance culture
- Manage complex ER/IR matters including investigations, performance issues, and grievances
- Provide practical HR advice and coaching to leaders and frontline teams
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and change initiatives
- Drive culture, engagement, leadership development, and EVP initiatives
- Travel to regional locations as required for critical people matters and support
About You
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a HR Business Partner or generalist
- Strong ER/IR knowledge, ideally with experience in a blue-collar or retail environment
- Confident managing change and transformation programs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
- Adaptable and proactive, with a genuine passion for building strong workplace cultures
