We're looking for a hands-on, people-first leader who brings structure, pace, and a strong standard of service to their team every day.

What you'll be doing
* Leading daily operations, team performance and customer engagement
* Driving stock control and ensuring strong visual merchandising standards
* Coaching your team on KPIs and using results to drive growth
* Managing rosters, store presentation and customer feedback
* Leading from the front and setting the pace on the shop floor
* Working with area leaders to execute strategy and streamline operations

* Available Tuesday to Saturday on a full-time basis
