The opportunity

Vermont South Podiatry is seeking a dedicated and passionate Podiatrists to join our team in Vermont South and Croydon. We are looking for part time and full time staffs. As a part-time/full time Podiatrist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality foot and ankle care to our patients, helping them maintain their mobility and overall wellbeing. We are open for university graduates who wants to start their Podiatrist journey aswell.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' foot and ankle conditions

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address a variety of podiatric issues, such as ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis, and diabetic foot care

Perform routine foot care procedures, including nail trimming, corns and callus removal, and wart treatment

Provide education and advice to patients on proper foot health and preventative care

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists and orthotists, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Podiatry or equivalent qualification

Registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia

Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills, with a strong understanding of foot and ankle anatomy and pathologies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care

Flexibility to work part-time hours.
